For more than 20 years I have focused my work helping people move forward into new careers, new jobs, new roles, and new businesses. Each time I view their challenges, I use a holistic approach to ensure all aspects are considered: family, lifestyle, strengths, personality style, interests, and passions.

I love to inspire people and have them leave our coaching sessions with an action plan, renewed confidence, and a heightened awareness of how we can better position their strengths in their labour market with continued forward career momentum.
